• Orders over €150: Free shipping.
• Orders under €150: Cost calculated by location, generally €14.99.

• Orders over €150: Free shipping.

Rest of the world : Shipping cost calculated based on the destination country, visible in the cart.

• Italy : 1-4 working days (3-5 days for the islands)
• International shipping : Up to 10 working days, depending on the country.

We are not responsible for any courier delays.

• Returns are free within 30 days from the date the order is received.
• Return shipping costs are covered by us.

The return process cannot be carried out at our retail stores.

For returns from countries outside the European Union:

• Only the value of the returned products will be refunded. The original order shipping costs will not be refunded.
• In the case of a partial return, if the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
   
4. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
   
5. Click “Submit request”.
   

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
