Shipping and deliveries
When your order will be shipped
If the purchase is made before 10 am, the order will be shipped the same day.
If placed after 10am, the products will be shipped on the first working day following receipt of the order.
What are the delivery times
In Italy, delivery takes place in 1-4 working days. For islands it could be 3-5 working days.
Times for international shipments can reach up to 10 working days, depending on the country.
What are the shipping costs
Italy:
- Orders over €39: Free Shipping.
- Orders under €39: Cost of €6.99.
European Union:
- Orders over €200: Free Shipping.
- Orders under €200: Calculated based on location, generally €19.99.
USA:
- Orders over €200: Free Shipping.
- Orders under €200: Cost of €25.
Rest of the world: Shipping cost calculated based on the destination country, visible in the cart.

For deliveries within Italian territory, here are the accepted payment methods:

Returns and exchanges
Return Policy
Returns are free within 30 days of receiving the order.
Return shipping costs are our responsibility.
How to make a return
Click on the profile icon in the store navigation.
- Log in to your account
- In the “Email” field, enter your email address, then click “Continue”.
- In your email inbox, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in it.
- Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code. - Click on the order for which you would like to request a return.
- If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
- Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
- Click “Submit request”.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.

How to make an exchange
You can write an email to info@klkstore.com or a WhatsApp message to (39) 3516005180. We will explain all the options available to carry out the operation.
Please indicate the order number or the name of the person who made the purchase.
The exchange is completely free. We will give you a voucher for the exact value of the returned item(s).
It is not possible to carry out the operation at our points of sale.
When the refund occurs
After completing the return procedure, the amount will be credited to the payment method used during the purchase within 10 working days .
During peak periods, refunds may be delayed, but will still be processed within 30 days of receiving the issue email
