Free return and exchange
- Returns are free within 30 days from the date the order is received.
- Return shipping costs are covered by us.
The return process cannot be carried out at our retail stores.
For returns from countries outside the European Union:
- Only the value of the returned products will be refunded. The original order shipping costs will not be refunded.
