Shipping and deliveries
When will my order be shipped?
If the purchase is made before 3pm, the order will be despatched the same day.
If made later, the products will be dispatched on the first working day following receipt of the order.
What are the delivery times?
In Italy, delivery takes place in 1-3 business days. For the islands it could become 3-4 days.
International shipping times can be up to 7 business days, depending on the country.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders higher than € 29. For smaller orders the cost is €6.99.
In Europe, shipping is free for orders over €150. Otherwise, the cost is €9.99. For other countries, the cost may vary.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to almost all over the world.

How do I track the shipment?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the reference number of the parcel.
You can use this number to track the shipment on the TNT portal, which can be accessed through the link:

We remind you that the search for your order will only be possible from the day following receipt of the search data.
Returns and exchanges
Can returns or exchanges be made?
Certainly! For free in 30 days from the purchase, with only the shipping costs at your expense.
It is not possible to carry out the operation at our stores or official resellers.
How can I return or exchange?
Send an email to info@klkstore.com or a WhatsApp message to (39) 351 600 5180 informing:
Order number and date
Name or code of the product(s) to be returned
How long will the refund take?
The amount will be credited to you In 5 days working on the payment method used during the purchase.
In peak periods, the refund may be delayed, in any case within thirty (30) days of receipt of the issue email.
Materials and guarantees
What materials are used?
Our creations are all nickel, cadmium and lead free. They are rigorously produced only with commonly hypoallergenic and certified materials.
Do the products have a guarantee?
We replace for free each item as a result of damage due to production up to 1 years from the original purchase date.
How to maintain the products?
For cleaning, use only a dry and soft cloth very lightly. Do not use any products or water on our creations.
Must avoid contact with perfumes, salt water, detergents or others corrosive substances. Keep away from light in an individual bag or box.
