Refund policy
Submit a Return Request
Click the profile icon in the store navigation, or go to the Refund Policy or Returns page and request a return.
1. Log in to your account
1. In the “Email” field, enter your email address, then click “Continue”.
2. Open the email sent by our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code included in it.
3. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Click on the order for which you would like to request a return.
3. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
4. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
5. Click “Submit Request”.
If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
Return Policy
Returns are free within 30 days from the delivery date of the order.
Returns cannot be processed at our retail stores.
For returns coming from countries outside the European Union, only the value of the returned products will be refunded. The original shipping costs of the order will not be refunded.
In the case of a partial return for non-EU orders, if the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refund Procedure
After completing the return procedure, the amount will be credited to the payment method used during purchase within 10 business days.
During peak periods, refunds may be delayed, but they will still be processed within 30 days from the receipt of the refund confirmation email.
