Terms of service
Art. 1 – Scope of application and contracting parties
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all purchases of Arco Iris 2 sas products within Italy, made remotely via the internet through the website www.klkstore.com (hereinafter “online shop”).
The contracting parties are the consumer, on one side, and Arco Iris 2 sas, the professional, on the other, with registered office at Via della Minerva 6, 00186 Rome, Italy, Tax Code and VAT number IT05325461001.
Art. 2 – Delivery of products
Deliveries of products purchased under these GTC will be made only within Italy, Europe, and the United States.
Art. 3 – Conclusion of the contract
In the online shop, the contract may be concluded only in Italian. Before submitting the order, the consumer may review and modify all entered data (name, address, payment method, and ordered items) and correct any errors.
Once all required data has been entered, the process will end with the “Place order” button. By clicking this button, the order will be definitively transmitted to Arco Iris 2 sas.
Submitting the order implies unconditional acceptance of the GTC. The consumer therefore undertakes to comply with the indicated payment conditions, declaring to have read and accepted all the GTC.
The order will be followed by an order confirmation email summarizing the details. In the case of advance payment, the bank transfer must be received within 14 days from the order confirmation, otherwise the order will be canceled.
The order confirmation does not constitute conclusion of the contract. The contract shall be considered concluded only upon shipment of the products, communicated via a specific shipping confirmation email.
Art. 4 – In-store pickup
The customer may reserve one or more items in the online shop with free delivery to a selected store in Italy among those available. The maximum number of items that can be reserved is 15.
After the online reservation, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the details. The reservation does not constitute a commitment to purchase, which will occur only in store. Payment will also be made exclusively in store.
Shipping to the store requires 2 to 6 working days. The customer will be informed via email of both shipment and arrival in store. The customer then has 2 weeks to view and possibly purchase the items.
During reservation, only one discount code may be entered. The voucher will be applied in store according to its conditions (e.g., minimum order value). Multiple codes cannot be combined, nor can vouchers be converted into cash.
Art. 5 – Ordering procedure
Orders are placed as follows:
Adding the product to the cart;
Entering personal, shipping, and payment details;
Final confirmation and clicking the “Place order” button.
There is no minimum order requirement.
Art. 6 – Data management
Order or reservation data will be stored by Arco Iris 2 sas. The consumer may request a copy via email.
Data will be processed in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
Art. 7 – Prices
All prices indicated include 22% VAT. Shipping costs are excluded unless otherwise stated. The price at the time of the order shall prevail. Prices are intended as valid only for Italy.
Art. 8 – Delivery and shipping times
Order confirmation will occur only after verification of product availability. If the product is not available, the order will be cancelled and any payment refunded.
Commercial resale is not permitted.
Shipping times:
Bank transfer: shipment after receipt of payment (max 1 working day);
Credit card/PayPal: shipment within 1 working day from receipt of payment.
In case of delays, the customer will be informed via email. No compensation will be due for any delays.
Art. 9 – Warranty and liability
In case of manufacturing defects or damage during transport, the consumer may report it to Arco Iris 2 or the carrier. Rights will be handled according to applicable law.
A return label may be requested for defective goods. Replacement costs are borne by Arco Iris 2.
For online reservations, the customer must assert their rights at the store.
Art. 10 – Payment
The following payment methods are accepted:
Advance bank transfer
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron)
PayPal
All payments are secured using 256-bit SSL technology.
Bank transfer:
Payment must be made according to the instructions provided in the order confirmation. If payment is not received within 14 days, the order will be canceled.
Credit cards:
Payment will be requested during the order process via a secure form.
PayPal:
Payment will be handled by PayPal according to its terms and conditions. Cash or checks are not accepted.
Until full payment is received, the goods remain the property of Arco Iris 2.
Art. 11 – Miscellaneous
Only one discount code may be applied per order. Codes cannot be converted into cash. Until full payment is received, the goods remain the property of Arco Iris 2 sas.
Art. 12 – Returns and exchanges
Returns are free within 30 days from receipt of the order.
Return shipping costs are covered by us.
Returns cannot be made in store.
For returns from non-EU countries, only the value of the products will be refunded. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
In case of partial returns, for both national and international orders, if the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
